An earth shattering fart

I was pretty bummed out, because he didn't get a successful hunt , instead they killed him in the end. But I mean it is his fault for killing that butterfly. He thought he was ready to kill a dinosaur, but in reality he didn't know what he  was going to face.

Decisions

The choices we make right now, does influence our future. Anything we do today does have a part in our further life. For example let's say you choose to not try hard in school, and you get bad grades, then later on you want to actually try in school, but it's going to be to late or to hard to catch up, and since you decided not to try in school , than your behind a lot of credits, and won't be able to graduate. One example on "self-reliance" is that make your own decisions, don't try to imitate another person. You shouldn't copy someone eles choose because what if they make a bad choice, then both of you are going to have bad consequences. Another example on " A sound of thunder" is that be careful on your decisions  you make, because if you do a wrong move or choice there can be a very serious consequences.

my project was about being yourself, to be yourself and also nothing can bring you peace but your work that you have done.  If you give something all you got than that's good, if there is no other way to improve than you should be happy with your results :)

Yes, it is a hard essay to understand, I didn't understand some parts , but the parts that I did under I'm just like wow!

I believe it means, that trying to be like someone can hurt you mentally, like stop trying to be like others, that you should love yourself for better or worse because in the end it's YOU.

I'm self-reliance

Dr. Preston I did not re-read Emersons essay, but I do recall some important things that grabbed my attention, and I wrote some notes :)

I just have to say, I really agree with Emerson and what he believes for example  when he said " in every work of genius we recognize our own rejected thoughts;"  like it's true! One time I turned in a personal essay, I believed I needed to fix it way more, but I didn't have enough time so I turned it in thinking "wow I'm going to get a bad grade" but turns out I got an A. I didn't have faith in me, and that's exactly what Emerson pointed out.

Well I re-read the pedestrian and my response is why is this actually happening in real life, like I'm tripping out. He was walking peacefully and a cop decides to pull him over and then the cops says stop or I'll shoot. Why would he shoot, he wasn't even dangerous. Then the  cops was also asking retarded questions. He also took him away for no reason, he didn't do anything!! He was innocent

I  do have a question what does regressive tendencies mean ??

1) Emerson would probably believe that this election was a joke , and the ways that he would tell us to over come  this situation is by staying united, that we are a nation and we should stay together, even Though there is people who agree with the opinions of trump, they should still respect other People and there nationality, religion, etc

2) Emerson would tell us to keep working hard, if you want to succeed, and if we are lost or have any questions about anything then ask for help. Emerson would view that our school has some things to succeed, but he would probably say we need more resources

My response to YGB

I'm not going to lie, young Goldman brown was really difficult to read and understand, even though I read it I'm some what confused about the story 🤔 I'm sure he looses his faith and doesn't trust no one anymore,but still he shouldn't given up!!!!!! The ending were he honestly lost himself like even though people betrayed you, you shouldn't lose yourself because of them🤔🌻¿

The grade that I got on my essay is an A-. I was actually stunned and really happy when I saw my grade. I think I received that grade because I did the topic correct  I think. At first I didn't understand but when I kept reading I finally understood and agreed with the text. What I believe it says is how the government doesn't want us to know what they're actually doing and they do not want us to investigate, they want to keep control of what we believe is right or not they don't want us to seek knowledge, they think it's wrong because we don't care about skin color,sexuality, religion, but yet there bombing places, going Into other people's counties, and they want us to believe it's for our own good. In reality it's not, the government doesn't want us to know what's really going on, but people are finding out stuff and try to let it go viral in the Internet, but they can't stop all of them.

response to "The Earth on the Turtles back"

I have to be honest... I really didn't understand what I read, I had to read it several times till I somewhat understood. What I think happened it that some sea animals saw a person falling and and they wanted to help her and they come to realize she wouldn't be able to live because she's a human so an animal decides to bring the bottom of the ocean up so she can stand. Many many animals tried but failed then comes a muskrat he said "I will bring the earth or  die trying " the muskrat didn't seem like the type of animal that can do it, but he was determined  at last  he brought the ground up and earth was made. But what I actually got from this is even though it seems impossible to other people if YOU believe in yourself you can achieve!! ☺️🌻
